By registering to use this site and entering any show through this site you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. Please read them carefully before registering or entering a show.
Should any additional Terms, conditions or disclaimers be provided by a Show Organiser using this site these will, should they so dictate, prevail over these Terms and Conditions.
These terms and Conditions and the content of this site may change at any time without notice.
As a registered customer, you are wholly responsible for the use of this site by any other users registered on your account and you must ensure that they also comply with these terms and conditions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the details of your account, and are fully accountable for all activities that occur under your account.
By entering a show through this site you will be entering into a contract with the Show Organisers/Club and you will be agreeing to abide by the show's Rules and Regulations.
Dashin Dogs (www.ddise.co.uk) reserves the right to cancel your account at any time if it deems that you have breached these terms and conditions.
Payment
- All prices are currently accepted and listed only in GBP.
- All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates, where applicable.
- All online payments are subject to a handling fee and further details can be found on our Payment Options and Fees page.
- Our acceptance of you show entries takes place when the payment credits our account successfully.
- If cleared funds are not received within 24 hours of entering a show, Dashin Dogs (www.ddise.co.uk) reserve the right to cancel your entries.
Cancellation and Refunds
By registering with this you you will, at any time, be able to make additions or amendments to any current show entries you have made, before the show's closing date.
However, please note, that you may not be able to cancel all or any part of your entries without the prior consent of the Show Organisers/Club as all cancellation policies are provided individually by each Show Organiser/Club and it is not the responsibility or decision of Dashin Dogs (www.ddise.co.uk).
Should cancellation of all or part of any entries for a particular show be agreed, a refund of your fees will be provided in accordance with the Show Organiser's/Club's refund policy. Dashin Dogs (www.ddise.co.uk) reserves the right to charge a small administrative fee should it deem necessary.
Other Fees
Dashin Dogs (www.ddise.co.uk) do not charge you any additional registration or annual fees for the use of this site and the only additional fees charged are those mentioned above.
Privacy Policy
Registration of your details and use of this site are subject to our Privacy Policy.
General
- Dashin Dogs (www.ddise.co.uk) shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
- Dashin Dogs (www.ddise.co.uk) will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices for show appearing on this website are correct at time when the relevant information was entered onto the system, as provided by the Show Organiser/Club.
- All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by Dashin Dogs (www.ddise.co.uk). Any use of the site or its contents, including copying or storing it in whole or part, other than for your own personal use is prohibited without the written permission of Dashin Dogs (www.ddise.co.uk).
- We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable to you/or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to the this website.
- The total liability of Dashin Dogs (www.ddise.co.uk) for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the cost of services supplied by them to the customer. Dashin Dogs (www.ddise.co.uk) shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.
Delivery
Delivery of running orders and any other show information, as required, is dependent on the processing package requested by the Show Organiser or Club using our services. If Dashin Dogs (www.ddise.co.uk) are sending out the running orders, we will make all endeavours to despatch (2nd class) a minimum of 2 week before the date of the show, however this may depend on awaiting receipt of any relevant information from the Show Organiser or Club in order to enable the processing and printing to take place.
For Show Organiser's or Clubs that have chosen to post out running orders themselves, despatch is at their discretion.
